I know that many people like to eat cabbage on the first day of January. This recipe I am about to share is so yummy I am sure you will want to eat more than just at the beginning of a new year. It is basically 4 main ingredients and it makes a delicious yet super simple dinner on a cold winters day.
You will need:
1 package Polksa Kielbasa
1/2 box Angel Hair Pasta
1 Head of Cabbage (I usually get the biggest one I can find)
2 Hot Banana Peppers (seeded and chopped)
Chicken bouillon cubes
First, take the package of Kielbasa sausage and cut it into cubes. I simply slice it round wise then take a stack and cut it into quarters. Add a small amount of oil to a skillet and cook your sausage until it is warm and slightly browned.
While my pasta is cooking I add my kielbasa sausage (grease and all, there is only a very small amount) to my cabbage. Once the pasta is finished you add it to the cabbage and sausage mixture and stir.
